Between Sol and sea and grey
Commission Tate St.Ives

Between February and May 2022, I worked with TATE St.Ives’ Young People’s Programme to co-create a performance with a group of young dancers from TR14ers Camborne and undergraduate dance students from Falmouth University. We were working in The Artist Room with the reconstructed Wall Drawing  #1136 by Sol LeWitt.

The dancers, Hannah, Violet, Marta, Kieran, Callum, Beatrice, Ozzy, Julia, Dorka, Zöe and Charlotte performed during Tate St.Ives’ The Last Weekend in May 2022.

A film by Neil Megaw of the performance was screening at Tate St. Ives until 18 September 2022.
